Joe Gaspari, Franchise Owner

Joe opened the New Castle, Del., Express Employment Professionals office Jan. 2005. His purpose is to help people succeed. He and his staff help local employers find qualified and reliable workers, and they help local job seekers find fulfilling jobs and careers with great companies. Joe does whatever it takes to add real value to his clients’ businesses.

Joe has a master’s degree in organization behavior and has over 30 years business and human resources experience. Before joining Express, Joe worked for many years at a Fortune 100 company in a number of human resources roles, including staffing director, organization consultant, and AVP of employee surveys and people metrics. His contributions resulted in improvements to business results and the work environment. Joe wants to apply what he has learned to help local employers improve their businesses and to help local job seekers improve the quality of their lives.

Joe is an Active Member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, American Staffing Association, Delaware Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
